SEEDING LIST
Seeding will be done on fully paid entries received by 30 November 2024.
The 2025 seeding will be calculated according to the following criteria:
1. Your previous Attakwas Extreme result
2. Your 2024 Prince George 100 Miler result
3. Your Dryland Loyalty
Unfortunately, all new entries received after this date will not be seeded. Any rider substitutions after this date will have to start in the previous participants seeding batch. Riders are not allowed to change their seeding batch on day of registration. For any seeding queries, please contact us at info@dryland.co.za.
NO SEEDING QUERIES WILL BE HANDLED AFTER 8 JANUARY 2025 AT 17:00.
Race rules
Refunds
Should the participant cancel his/her entry/subscription, the follow refunds shall apply:
- In the event of cancellation by or on behalf of the participant due to his/her death or hospitalization, no cancellation fee will be levied.
- Refunds up to 18 August 2024: 90% of entry fee.
- Refunds between 19 August to 18 November 2024: 50% of entry fee.
- Refunds between 19 November to 18 December 2024: 20% of entry fee.
- No refunds after 18 December 2024.
Substitutions
Substitutions may be made (only until 08 January 2025) at a substitution fee of R400-00 per rider transferred.
Transfers
Entries cannot be carried over to the following year or any other future events.
This race will take place regardless of bad weather and will only be cancelled, re-routed or stopped for reasons of safety. In this event, entry fees are not refundable.
