Many of the Dryland loyal supporters take part in multiple Dryland events in a calendar year and often across different disciplines. Athletes stand the chance to qualify for between 5% and 60% value back on their event entries, with the higher tiers qualifying for even more benefits.

Refund Policy
- No substitutions will be accepted after 12 January 2024.
- Substitution fee of R 400.00.
- Refunds up to 20 July 2023 at 75% of the entry fee.
- Refunds from 20 July 2023 until 20 October 2023 at 50% of the entry fee.
- No refunds after 20 October 2023.
- Please note that only fully paid entries received by 20 November 2023 will receive the complimentary event apparel.
- Entries are not transferable.
- If the event is cancelled or postponed due to Covid-19, various options will be made available to all entrants.
This race will take place regardless of bad weather and will only be cancelled, re-routed or stopped for reasons of safety. In this event, entry fees are not refundable.

Substitution Guidelines
- Log in using your email and password (alternatively using Facebook or Google)
- Click on your name – top right corner of the screen.
- In the dropdown menu select “My Entries”.
- A list of your entries will be displayed.
- Select “details” for your entry – this will load an overview of your entry.
- In the members table, on the right you will see a substitute button.
- Clicking the substitute button will open the “substitute member” page.
- Enter the email of the person who is going to receive the entry.
- Save.
- You will be redirected back to your registration overview page – note the message at the top of your screen: “Substitution added to change list. Please click ‘confirm changes’ in your changes overview.”
- Click on the changes overview or scroll to the bottom of the page where you will see the ‘Confirm changes button’.
- Once you are sure that the information is correct click ‘Confirm changes’, if for any reason the information is not correct you can withdraw the substitution.
- You will be redirected to the payment page where the substitution fee can be paid.
